Hold the unit in an upright position.
Exhale normally then place lips tightly around the mouthpiece.
Low Flow Rate: Inhale to raise only the first chamber ball. Hold for 3 seconds.
High Flow Rate: Inhale to raise the first and second balls. Keep the third ball at rest.
Remove mouthpiece and exhale normally. Relax between repetitions.
