Resin Domed Badges: Extremely durable and soft to the touch, Tufflex resin domed badges and labels are an incredibly popular, eye-catching way to add to the perceived value of your product. These resin domed badges are suitable for interior and exterior use, and can be created without prohibitive setup costs.
By pouring a controlled amount of resin onto the surface of a pre-printed substrate, we create a "bubble badge" that will not shrink, fade, or crack. As the materials used are very flexible, these domed labels are hugely versatile and can be applied to convex and semi-ridged surfaces. Our resin is UV-resistant and self-healing, ensuring longevity in any environment.
Designs: We require artwork in editable Adobe Illustrator format (Ai, EPS, PDF). All fonts must be converted to outlines, and images embedded at the highest resolution possible.
Colour Matching: If specific matching is required, please provide a physical sample or Pantone reference. Note that colors may vary slightly depending on the substrate or back-illumination (for LED windows).
Embossing: For embossed or debossed projects, please include a separate layer in the artwork to clearly define the areas for hard tooling manufacturing.
