What is the new product development process?
The process involves a tooling/sample order with deposit, followed by design of molds/fixtures, manufacturing, and sending samples with an initial inspection report.
How long is the manufacturing lead time?
Mass production typically takes 90 days after sample approval, including transportation. Urgent arrangements can be made if required.
How do you manage quality control?
We implement APQP at early stages, perform patrol inspections during production, and conduct final audits on packed goods before dispatch from China.
What are the accepted payment terms?
Terms are negotiable. Typically, we require 50% tooling fee in advance and 50% deposit for production orders, with the balance paid via T/T.
