Open the package and take out the breathing exercise. |

Connect the inhale tubing to the device intake and adjust to the required length. |

Slide the green marker to the volume (ml) prescribed by your doctor. |

Hold the incentive spirometer in an upright position. |

Exhale fully, then inhale through the mouthpiece deeply and evenly. Keep the indicator ball in the "smiling face" zone while the piston rises. |

Remove the device and exhale normally. |

Repeat for 10-15 minutes and record your maximum achieved volume. |
