Do the batteries come with busbars and bolts?
Yes, the cells come with Bus bars and Bolts or studs for free. Each single battery includes 1 piece busbar and 2 pieces of bolts/studs.
What testing is performed before shipping?
We test each battery for Capacity (Less 2% error), Voltage (deviation < 0.01V), and Resistance (deviation < 0.05mΩ).
What should I do before assembly?
DIY battery pack cells must be balanced (same voltage) before assembly. Ensuring proper BMS protection is crucial for safety.
What is your policy on shipping damage?
If any items are missing or damaged during shipping, please provide photos or videos immediately. We will assist with replacements or refunds for unusable cells.
Can I return the batteries after welding or assembly?
No. Returns are only provided for unused batteries with intact electrodes, no welding, and no wear. Problems caused by wrong wiring or lack of BMS are not covered.
Are these batteries ready for immediate operation?
These are prototype cells without protection boards (BMS). A matching BMS must be purchased and installed for safe operation.
